You can send files to our Prepress Department via either e-mail or our secure FTP site.
E-Mail
For files of 5MB or less, you can email them as an attachment to: prepress@paragraphicsinc.com
You may use this address to correspond with our prepress operators. Please compress your attached files using either Stuffit (Mac) or PKZip (Windows), use BinHex encode if possible.

Host: ftp.paragraphicsinc.com
User id: graphics
Password: upload
Please compress your files using either Stuffit (Mac) or PKZip (Windows). Name your folder using no spaces, and no specialty characters, use BinHex encode if possible.
On Mac please use an ftp client application (Such as Fetch, Transmit, or Cute FTP to send files.
Once your files are uploaded please contact your Sales Representative with information regarding file names and print specifications.
