The products we print are limited only by a designer’s imagination.
Brochures – Capability brochures that combine beautiful printing with a perfect gate fold. Or a roll folded brochure that reveals the story one panel at a time.
Presentation Folders – Die cut folders with business card slits and pockets of any capacity. Add a blind embossed logo, or stamp it in foil to create a memorable folder that clients will keep.
Folders with stitched Brochures – Combine the usefulness of a presentation folder by stapling a brochure inside.
Point of Sale Pieces – Paragraphics has broad experience making point of sale pieces, and with the installation of the new KBA press, will be able to expand our capabilities into packaging.

Media Tests – Paragraphics has been selected for over 10 years by national design agencies to run media tests for their high profile clients. Testing involves running their logo designs through a variety of printing conditions along with selected colors on a wide range of printing substrates. This test helps them prepare content for the eventual Collateral Guidelines. Paragraphics is often given the Guideline package to produce for global distribution. Some clients we have launched new looks for are FedEx, FedEx Kinko’s, Procter & Gamble, Agilent, Abbott Laboratories, and Hewlett Packard to name a few.
Greeting Cards – Paragraphics is a leading card printer for a number of nationally known card publishers. Our clients have enjoyed the leap in image quality after we mastered 10-micron screening. Large publishers or small entrepreneurs appreciate the expertise we bring to greeting cards.
Posters – Paragraphics prints posters for nationally known poster publishers, as well.
Fine Stationery Packages – Paragraphics’ small press group produces the highest quality letterhead, envelopes and business cards. A fine stationery package quietly communicates confidence and market position in a company’s industry.

SERVICES
Electronic Prepress – Our journeymen prepress staff pre-flight your files, and quickly let clients know if we need additional elements to make those files print-ready. Years of experience, combined with attention to detail, make them some of the best in the business.
FTP Site – Paragraphics maintains an ftp site to make sending files to us as easy as possible. Our ftp site can be accessed at ftp.paragraphicsinc.com Please name your folder using no spaces. And compress your files using Stuffit (Mac) or PKZip (PC), and send them using Fetch.
The User ID is graphics and the password is upload. Both are all lower case.
Please e-mail prepress@paragraphicsinc.com to let us know you’ve posted files, and what your file name is. Depending on how the files are prepared, some posted elements don’t always travel well, please send a complete set of lasers as insurance.
State of the Art Software and Equipment – Paragraphics invests heavily every year in upgrades and new equipment. Over the last 5 years, all of the equipment in the direct-to-plate department was replaced, a foil/embossing press was installed, a large die cutting machine was added, as was a high-speed shrinkwrapper and most recently, the new KBA press. Paragraphics can confidently offer the highest quality that new technology, solid equipment and skilled people will provide.
Full In-House Bindery – Paragraphics has a fully equipped bindery on the premises, staffed by expert operators who perform our most critical quality control. Sixteen-page folder. Six-pocket plus cover saddlestitch and trim equipment. Robotic materials handling system for cutting, weigh counting and stacking. We provide the finishing on nearly all print projects, completing the job days earlier than printers who must send their bindery work off-site.
Hands-On Partnership – The owners of Paragraphics invite clients to become partners in the production of their jobs. The ownership fosters a partnership between client, craftspeople, sales representative and themselves. Clients are invited to tour our facility, see samples of our recent work, meet our people, and see for themselves how easy it is to do business with Paragraphics.
Client involvement is a matter of personal choice. Paragraphics has earned the trust of many clients who know the owners are quietly involved in every step of the production process.
